Montague Manufacturing has long been known for our production milling capabilities. Many big-name OEM companies have relied upon Montague to produce their precision machined components. Over the years, we have invested millions of dollars into world class CNC milling equipment.

Our facility is equipped with over forty hi-speed Brother Speedio pallet-switching vertical machining centers with 4th axis capability. This allows us to make a vast array of complex milling components in one or two milling operations, minimizing part handling.

In addition, all our CNC machines are equipped with Renishaw spindle probes for part accuracy, tool probes for breakage detection, mist collectors, and hydraulic infrastructure for automated clamping. This necessary equipment helps us to ensure process stability and part quality.
